Show us where work gets stuck. We’ll help you scope the right AI assessment, starting with your people, process, systems, and data.
HOW WE BEGIN
The first conversation clarifies the problem and scope. The assessment reviews the evidence, then gives you findings to decide what to prepare, pilot, or defer.
Where is work getting stuck?
Choose one recurring task or decision. Bring an example and the outcome you want to improve.
What decision must it support?
Agree the scope, participants, evidence, deliverables, and how findings will be reviewed.
What is ready, and what needs work?
Assess the people, process, data, systems, and permissions. Verify assumptions and make gaps visible.
What should happen first?
Connect value and readiness. Decide what to prepare, what to pilot, and what to defer.
THE EVIDENCE KIT
You do not need every document before the first conversation. We agree what is needed and how sensitive information can be shared.
A walkthrough, process map, or SOP. Include an example where the process breaks.
Current volumes, time, cost, quality, or conversion measures. Note what is not measured yet.
Commerce, ERP, CRM, analytics, or other tools involved, with their owners and known connections.
Approved representative samples, source locations, known quality issues, and access boundaries.
The sponsor, workflow owner, users, and data or technology owners who can review the findings.
Relevant policies, approval requirements, security constraints, and any actions that need human review.
Share sensitive or personal information only through an agreed process. An anonymized example is often enough to explain the problem initially.
AFTER THE ASSESSMENT
Your findings become a readiness profile, a prioritized opportunity view, and a plan with owners and decision points.
